Responsible for the installation and/or service of company equipment at customers’ sites globally.
Ensure compliance to customer work and safety protocols.
While not at customer site, be on-site at company to build equipment, update service and installation documentation, manufacture sub-assemblies, and support on-going production in all facets.
Provide training to customers and end users. Support on-site demonstration lab for customer evaluations.

This is an onsite role with occasional travel to tradeshows and customer sites.
Job Description:
As our Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers throughout the entire sales cycle. You will work closely with our sales team, production, finance, and management to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and service. You will be responsible for lead generation, follow-up, quoting, order entry, production coordination, and customer communications.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Lead generation and follow-up: Proactively reach out to and respond to potential customers through various channels, such as tradeshows, social media, website contacts, phone, and email.
Quoting: Generate accurate and professional quotes for customers based on their specific requirements, working closely with the sales team.
Order Entry: Efficiently process customer orders and ensure that all required information is included and entered in a timely manner.
Production Coordination: Work with our production team to ensure that orders are scheduled and produced in accordance with customer requirements and deadlines. Keep customers informed of any scheduling changes.
Customer Communications: Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the order process, providing updates on order status, delivery dates, and any issues that arise.
Sales Support: Provide general support to the sales team as needed, including research, reporting, and data entry.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems.
Experience with Quickbooks is preferred.
